                               Change of Director



The Company is pleased to announce the appointment of Graham Setterfield as
non-executive Chairman.  Graham has been a non-executive director of the Company
since 2003.  He is also currently Executive Chairman of Mid Kent Water plc. In
addition he continues to act as an independent water consultant and holds
several advisory positions within the water industry.



The Company also announces the resignation of Mike Killingley as a director and
non-executive Chairman of Conder Environmental plc.  Mike has been Chairman
since the flotation of Conder in 2000.  Having completed the process of
stabilising the group with the disposal of Vikoma International Limited he now
intends to pursue other opportunities.



The Board wishes to thank Mike, on behalf of its shareholders, for his
considerable contribution to the group over the last 7 years.



The Company is currently recruiting a second non-executive director and will
make a further announcement when that process is complete.
