(LSE: CLIG), a leading specialist asset management group offering a
range of institutional and retail products investing primarily in
closed-end funds, has been notified that Sarah Ing, a person
discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMR"), has purchased
10,000 ordinary shares of £0.01 each in the Company ("Ordinary
Shares") at a price of £3.227 per share.
Following these
transactions, Ms. Ing's beneficial interest is 10,000 Ordinary
Shares, representing approximately 0.02% of the Company's issued
share capital.
