Changes to the membership of the Sustainability Committee

Coats Group plc ('Coats' or the 'Company'), the world's leading industrial thread and global footwear component manufacturer , announces that Sarah Highfield will join the Sustainability Committee with effect from 1 January 2024 .

Sarah joined the Board on 1 November 2023 as a Non-Executive Director, and she is also a member of the Nomination Committee and a member and Chair Designate of the Audit and Risk Committee.

This notification is made in accordance with LR 9.6.11.
