                          Pre-close Trading Statement

ComputerLand UK PLC ("ComputerLand"), a provider of essential IT services to
medium and large businesses, is pleased to announce an update for the year
ending 30 April 2005, prior to entering its close period.

Trading during the second half of the year has been satisfactory, and,
accordingly, we expect our results for the year to 30 April 2005 will be in line
with market expectations.

ComputerLand will announce its preliminary results for the year ending 30 April
2005 on Thursday 23 June 2005.
