that following the recent placing, and as at 7 July 2006, INVESCO PERPETUAL AiM
VCT PLC is the beneficial owner of 4,383,261 ordinary shares of 1p each in the
Company representing 6.17% of the current issued share capital of the Company.
These shares are registered in the name of Chase Nominees Limited.
