                                   On 7 January 2011, QVT Financial 
                                     LP incorrectly notified that 
                                      its funds under management 
                                       had acquired greater than 
                                     9% of voting rights of Close 
                                   Assets Funds Ltd. We subsequently 
                                      discovered that the shares 
                                    we had acquired are not voting 
                                     shares, and therefore we had 
                                      (and have) no voting rights 
                                   to report on a TR-1. Accordingly, 
                                       QVT Financial LP will not 
                                    file future TR-1 notifications 
                                     in ISIN GG00B1GJ9885, so long 
                                      as those shares continue to
