                          Early exercise of option under licensing agreement
                                                   
Eden  Research, a leading UK agrochemical development company,  is pleased to announce that Cheminova,
the  leading Danish manufacturer of fine chemicals within the plant protection sector, has   exercised
early its option to take 7 additional territories under the original agreement dated 14 May 2007.  The
original option for the other territories  remain valid until 31.12.08.

Tim Griffiths, the CEO of Eden, said:

required.   This demonstrates that our partnership is strong and working well and we look  forward  to
making increasing progress with 3AEY Botrytis treatment trials.'
