    Results of EGM

    Further to the Announcement of 14 May 2008 concerning Cancellation of the Company's admission to AIM, Eicom is pleased to confirm that
at today's Extraordinary General Meeting the resolution was duly passed.

    Cancellation of Trading on AIM

    As a result of the passing of the Resolutions at the EGM, cancellation of the admission of the Company's Ordinary Shares to trading on
AIM will occur on 13 June 2008 and will be effected by a dealing notice being issued at 7.00am.

    Eicom wishes to ensure that shareholders can continue to trade their shares in Eicom plc post de-listing and is, therefore,
investigating the setting up and operation of a matched bargain facility.  Details of this facility will be made available on the
Shareholder Page of the Company's Website.
