'C' Share Offers for Subscription


Electra Kingsway VCT plc announces that it has published a Prospectus
(comprising a Securities Note, Registration Document and Summary) to raise up to
#20 million through offers for subscription (the "Offers").

The Offers opened on 1 February 2007 and are expected to close on 5 April 2007
in relation to the offer for subscription in respect of the 2006/2007 tax year
and on 30 April 2007 in relation to the offer for subscription in respect of the
2007/2008 tax year unless extended by the Directors (or an earlier date on which
fully subscribed). The Offers are for up to 20,000,000 'C' Shares of 1 pence
each, to be issued at a price of #1.00 each.
