Annual Report and Accounts 2021 and 2022 Annual General Meeting

Epwin Group Plc (AIM:EPWN) ("Epwin" or the "Group") the leading manufacturer of low maintenance building products, supplying the Repair, Maintenance and Improvement ('RMI'), new build and social housing sectors, announces that its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2021 are available on the website at http://epwin.co.uk and copies have been posted to shareholders.

The Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be held at 11:00am on Tuesday 24 May 2022 at 1b Stratford Court, Cranmore Boulevard, Solihull, B90 4QT.

Due to the ongoing Covid-19 situation, the Board considers it appropriate to minimise physical attendances at the AGM. Shareholders are therefore encouraged to vote by proxy. Whilst all shareholders are still legally entitled physically to attend the AGM, please consider carefully before doing so. If you do wish to attend the AGM in person, please pre-register your intention to do so by emailing epwin@mhpc.com . Please state 'Epwin Group Plc: AGM' in the subject line of the email and include your full name and investor code (if available), by no later than 10:30am on 20 May 2022.
