The Company has been advised that on 20 March 2007 John Croft, non-executive
director, has purchased 100,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 15p
each. John Croft now holds a combined interest of 202,415 ordinary shares in the
Company representing 0.10 per cent. of its issued ordinary share capital.
