                              Holdings in Company


On the 2nd April 2007, the Company was notified that on the 30th March 2007
Pershing Keen Nominees Ltd ("Pershing") had acquired 19,113,571 ordinary shares,
representing 14.7% of the issued share capital.


Subsequently, the Company was notified of the following information:-


* On the 3rd April 2007 the Company was notified that on the 2nd April 2007
Pershing disposed of 3,530,000 ordinary shares.

* On the 4th April 2007 the Company was notified that on the 3rd April 2007
Pershing disposed of a further 5,650,000 ordinary shares.

* On the 5th April 2007 the Company was notified that on the 4th April 2007
Pershing disposed of a further 5,220,000 ordinary shares


As a result of these disposals, Pershing have an interest in 4,713,571 ordinary
shares in the Company, representing 3.63% of the issued share capital.
