Appointment of Non-Executive
Director
The Board of the Company is pleased
to announce the appointment of Trina Le Noury as a non-executive
Director of the Company with effect from 22 April 2024.
Mrs Le Noury is a Chartered
Accountant with more than 20 years' experience working in the funds
industry, having begun her career with Northern Trust, Guernsey
where she trained & qualified as an accountant within the fund
administration business.
Mrs Le Noury has held senior
management positions at two separate private equity firms, Apax
Partners and Hedosophia, including holding directorships on each of
the respective firms' fund General Partner boards.
She currently serves on the board of Tufton Oceanic Assets
Limited and JPEL Private Equity Limited, both London listed
investment companies, as well as on four private company boards for
a leading global private equity firm.
Trina holds a Master's degree in
Mathematics, from the University of Aberdeen, and a Diploma in
Company Direction. She is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered
Certified Accountants and a member of the Institute of
Directors.
Commenting on Mrs Le Noury's
appointment, Richard Burwood, Board Chair, said:

am delighted to welcome Trina to the Board. Her wide-ranging
experience in the investment industry will strengthen the Board's
skill base and contribute towards the increased diversity of the
Board, allowing for the Board's commitment of a minimum of 40%
female representation to be met. Her finance background also finds
her well-placed as successor to Jon Bridel as the Audit Chair at
the end of the year."
The Board additionally note that the
Company now meets the targets specified in the Listing Rules
9.8.6R(9)(a)(i) with the Board now comprising 50 percent
women.
There are no other matters in
respect of Listing Rule 9.6.13 of the Financial Conduct Authority's
Listing Rules, to be declared.

Fair Oaks Income Limited
Fair Oaks Income Limited is a
registered closed-ended investment company incorporated in
Guernsey. The Company was admitted to trading on the Specialist
Fund Market of the London Stock Exchange (now the Specialist Fund
Segment of the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange) on 12 June
2014.
The investment policy of the Company
is to invest (either directly and/or indirectly through FOIF II LP
and FOMC III LP) in US and European CLOs or other vehicles and
structures which provide exposure to portfolios consisting
primarily of US and European floating-rate senior secured loans and
which may include non-recourse financing.
