PDMR Dealings
Further to the announcement on 7 September 2023 that the
recommended all-share merger (the "Merger") between Cenkos
Securities plc, now renamed Cavendish Securities plc ("Cenkos") and
the Company by way of a court-sanctioned scheme of arrangement
under Part 26 of the Companies Act 2006 (the "Scheme") had become
effective, finnCap today announces that rollover awards to
participants in the Cenkos Deferred Bonus Scheme ("Cenkos DBSS")
and the Cenkos Short-Term Incentive Plan ("Cenkos STIP"), as
described in the Scheme document, have been made in respect of
their unvested awards under the Cenkos DBSS and the Cenkos STIP in
accordance with the terms of the Cenkos DBSS and the Cenkos STIP
(the "Rollover DBSS Awards" and the "Rollover STIP Awards").
As a result, Julian Morse and Ben Procter (who since the
effective date of the Merger are now Executive Directors and PDMRs
of the Company) received the Rollover DBSS Awards and Rollover STIP
Awards over finnCap shares set out in the notifications below, made
in accordance with the requirements of the UK Market Abuse
Regulation.
