    Fundamental-e Investments Plc ("FEI" or the "Company")             

                      Planning approval for Kilsyth site                       

The board of the Company is pleased to announce that on the 14 March 2006, FEI
was granted detailed planning approval for a development of 72 apartments for
its site located in Kilsyth, Scotland, subject to the normal planning
requirements for such a development.

Jonathan Nelson, CEO of FEI said "It is pleasing to see FEI go forward once
again and with the current buoyant residential property conditions in Scotland
this site will hopefully start the process of creating real value for
shareholders".
