Finders Resources Limited (Finders) wishes to advise that it has been 
informed  by  Straits  Resources  Ltd  (Straits)  that  the  recently 
announced sale by Straits of its subsidiary, Straits (Whim Creek) Pty 
Ltd to  Venturex  Resources  Limited,  will have  no  effect  on  the 
agreement between Straits and Finders for the option to purchase  the 
solvent extraction/electrowinning plant from Straits (Whim Creek) Pty 
Ltd.
