Capital Structure following Issue of Shares for Convertible Note Interest 
 
A total of 177,913 fully paid ordinary shares has been issued by Finders 
Resources Limited (Company) for AUD 30 cents each, to pay interest on existing 
unlisted convertible notes. The capital structure of Finders Resources Ltd
