Further to the announcement recommended proposals for the reconstruction and 
winding-up of F&C UK Select Trust plc (the "Company") made by the Company on 22 
April 2010, the Company confirms that the circular to Shareholders containing 
full details of the Proposals and including the notices convening the AGM and 
the Second GM at which the resolutions required to approve the Proposals will be 
proposed, together with the annual report and accounts for the year ended 31 
December 2009, the Forms of Proxy and the Form of Election, have been posted to 
Shareholders today. 
The timetable for implementing the proposals is expected to be as follows:
