GHP announces that Per Batelson, the Founding Executive Chairman and Chief
Executive of GHP from its launch on AIM on the 16 August 2006, has taken up the
important position of Non-Executive Chairman of the Board for Apotoket AB in
Sweden.



Apotoket AB is the state owned company that has the sole duty to society to be
responsible for the supply of drugs in Sweden.
