Directors: Intention to Purchase Shares in GAME Group plc (the "Company")

The Company has been advised that all board Directors have entered into irrevocable Trading Agreements to facilitate the automatic purchase of existing shares in the Company, through market purchases on a monthly basis over the next twelve months. The Directors have chosen to invest the following percentages of their respective fees or salaries as follows, net of all statutory deductions:

 
 Christopher Bell    Chairman                 33.33 % of fees 
 Ian Shepherd        Chief Executive          20% of salary

 Ishbel Macpherson   Senior Independent       20% of fees

 Martin Davies       Non-Executive Director   20% of fees

The arrangements comply with the Model Code and the Trading Plan Instrument 2009 issued by the FSA on 26 February 2009.

All share purchases will be conducted on the first trading day of the month or as soon as practicable thereafter, commencing from the 3(rd) of October 2011.
