At the Annual General Meeting of the Company held today all the resolutions put to shareholders were passed.
 
The Company is also pleased to announce its change of name from *Gourmet Holdings plc* to *Richoux Group plc* (Ticker: RIC). The name change
is effective as of 18 July 2008.
