Director's shareholding

Hasgrove announces that on 18 November 2011 the Company was informed that Paul Sanders, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, acquired on the same day 25,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in the share capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 32 pence per share. The Company also announces that on 18 November Paul Sanders exercised options in respect of 35,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 10p per share ("New Shares").

Following this transaction, Paul Sanders holds 116,000 Ordinary Shares representing 0.5% of the voting rights in the Company.

Application will shortly be made for the admission of the New Shares to trading on AIM. Dealings in the New Shares are expected to commence on 25 November 2011.
