under the 2022 Deferred Performance Bonus Plan of 5,737 ordinary
shares of 0.4p each ("Ordinary Shares"). Birger Thorburn then
immediately disposed of all shares acquired under the exercise. The
exercise and disposal transactions took place on 11 October 2023.
