Ingenious Entertainment VCT 2 plc (the "Company")

Extension of Offer Period

The Company is pleased to advise that the joint offer for subscription dated 14 December 2012 (the "Offer") of up to, in aggregate, 15,000,000 H Shares comprising up to 7,500,000 H Shares in the share capital of each of the Company and Ingenious Entertainment VCT 1 plc ("VCT 1") at a variable offer price per H Share, together with an over-allotment facility of up to, in aggregate, a further 10,000,000 H Shares comprising up to 5,000,000 H Shares in the share capital of each of the Company and VCT 1, has been extended to 5pm on 30 August 2013 or such earlier date on which the directors of the Company and VCT 1 may resolve to close the Offer.
