Invest Resources PLC (GXG- INRE:G4) (the "Company") wishes to inform the market
on the progress of its 2013 Annual Financial Report.

The Company is currently in the process of finalising its 2013 Annual Financial
Report with its auditor. The final report is currently undergoing information
clarification in regards to the Significant Audit Findings of the Company and
INRE expects to lodge its Annual Financial Report with the market on or before
30th April 2014.
