                         Notice of Preliminary Results

Invocas Group plc, one of the UK's leading providers of personal and corporate
debt solutions, will announce its maiden  preliminary results for the period
ended 31 March 2007 on Wednesday, 27 June 2007.

There will be an analyst presentation at 9.30am on that day at the offices of
