Change of name to Mindflair plc

Change of website address

The Company announces that, following approval by Shareholders at its Annual General Meeting held on 9 October 2023, the Company has now changed its name to Mindflair plc and the Company's London Stock Exchange market ticker will become MFAI (formerly PIRI) as of 08:00 today.

The Company's new website address (which includes the information required by AIM Rule 26) is www.mindflair.tech and the Company's ISIN, SEDOL and LEI remain unchanged.

Nicholas Lee, Director of Mindflair, commented :

"We believe that our new name and website better reflect and highlight the current focus of the Company which provides listed equity investors with exposure to a portfolio of AI technology companies. In particular, Mindflair:

- provides exposure to a portfolio of 19 companies through direct and indirect investments with a focus on AI which we are seeking to grow;

   -     co-invests with leading investors including the British Business Bank and Enterprise Ireland;

- provides public market investors with exposure to a private venture capital portfolio at a significant discount to NAV; and

   -     has cost efficient access to leading sector experts in AI.

Furthermore, as previously stated, we are anticipating receiving cash returns from the sale of existing portfolio companies, whilst taking advantage of the range of exciting AI investment opportunities currently available".
