                  Director change and notice of final results


The Board of Myhome announces that Martin Ward, Finance Director, has informed
the Board of his intention to resign to take up a position elsewhere. The Board
has agreed that Martin will be leaving at the end of December 2007. Martin will
continue to work with the Board in finalising the results for the year ended 30
September 2007, which are expected to be announced by mid-January 2008.


The Board would like to wish Martin every success in the future and thank him
for the role he has played over the last year, a period in which Myhome's shares
were admitted to AIM and the Company has completed a number of significant
acquisitions.


As a result of Martin's resignation the Board has started a process to recruit a
new Finance Director. In the meantime, the Board will be employing an interim
finance director immediately to manage the transition process.


Russell O'Connell, Executive Chairman commented: "We are sad that Martin is
leaving us and wish him every success in the future. I look forward to updating
shareholders in due course once a suitable candidate has been appointed as the
group's Finance Director."
