Oryx International Growth Fund Limited ("Oryx" or the "Company")

Cancellation of Ordinary Shares

The Company announces that it has received a further 32,686 ordinary shares of
50 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") in relation to the winding up of Lionheart USA
MicroCorp in which it was interested, and that these Ordinary Shares have now
been cancelled.

Accordingly, the Company's issued share capital now consists of 24,787,416
Ordinary Shares with voting rights. The Company does not hold any Ordinary
Shares in Treasury.

Therefore, the above figure of 24,787,416 may be used by shareholders as the
denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are
required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the
Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
