Panceltica Holdings Limited (the "Company") 
Appointment of Directors and Grant of Options 
The Company announces the appointment of Mr Allan Quan as finance director and 
Mr Robert Smith as an Executive Director. 
Previously Allan Quan was appointed acting Chief Financial Officer of the 
Company on 24 April 2009. Allan Quan is a certified public accountant with 
extensive experience in the construction industry. Previously Robert Smith was 
appointed as the Senior Vice President of Operations on 24 April 2009. Robert 
Smith has over 20 years of construction industry experience. 
A Separate announcement pursuant to schedule 2 (g) of the AIM rules for 
Companies will be made regarding the appointments. 
Additionally the Company announces the granting of the following share options 
were granted on 02 July 2009 under the Company's Share Option Scheme: 
 
 
David Ball              750,000 
Allan Quan             500,000 
Robert Smith         350,000 
 
 
Company's Share Option Scheme all the above options to vest on the third 
anniversary of grant and will be exercisable for 10 years thereafter, at which 
point they shall be exercisable at a price of 2.25p per share.
