Pixel Interactive Media Ltd. (AIM: PIXL), a leading Asia focused online advertising sales company, announces that on 9 September 2008 Mr.
Teh Kim Seng, Non-Executive Director of the Company, purchased 25,000 and 35,000 Ordinary Shares in the Group at a price of 19 and 20 pence
per share, respectively. Following this transaction, Mr. Teh Kim Seng*s total beneficial interest in the Shares of the Group is 3,464,929
Ordinary Shares, representing 8.65% of the total issued share capital of the Group.
