    Kevin Steeds
    Pixel Interactive Media Ltd. (AIM: PIXL), a leading Asia focused online advertising sales company, regrets to announce that Kevin
Steeds, Non-Executive Chairman of the Group, passed away on Wednesday night.  Kevin became seriously ill in September 2008.  
    Kevin Huang, CEO, said: "We are extremely saddened to hear of Kevin's passing, he has made a great contribution to the Company and he
will be missed by all at Pixel. We very much appreciate all he has done and our thoughts are with his family at this difficult time."
    Douglas Khoo, a Non-Executive Director who assumed Kevin's responsibilities on a temporary basis in September, will continue to act as
the Group's Chairman and the Company expects to provide an update regarding the on-going role of Chairman in due course.
