                        Completion of Property Disposal







Qualceram Shires plc is pleased to announce that the disposal of its Arklow
Property has now completed.



The final consideration amounted to Euro30.025 million and has been received in
cash. The final consideration had to be adjusted to reflect the fact that, a
road adjacent to the property had not been in the charge of Arklow Urban
District Council.

property market".
