("Revolution Beauty", the "Group" or the "Company")

Grant of Share Options

Revolution Beauty Group plc (AIM: REVB), the multi-channel mass beauty innovator, announces that on 18 September 2023, the Group has granted Lauren Brindley, Chief Executive Officer, an option over 5,000,000 ordinary shares of GBP0.01 each in the Group (the "Option", "Ordinary Shares") under the terms of the Company's Long Term Incentive Plan ("LTIP").

The Option has an exercise price of GBP0.27 per Ordinary Share and is not subject to performance conditions other than continued employment by the Group. 1,250,000 of the Ordinary Shares under option vest immediately, with further tranches of 1,250,000 Ordinary Shares vesting annually thereafter. Once vested, each tranche of Ordinary Shares has a 12 month holding period before those Ordinary Shares can be disposed of.
