                  REFLEX GROUP PLC ("Reflex" or the "Company")

                                 Result of EGM

The Board of Reflex is pleased to announce that the resolution put to
shareholders of the Company at the Extraordinary General Meeting, held today in
Dublin, was passed. Accordingly, the Company's name will be changed to Healthy
Living Centres plc in due course.

The Board also announces that Tony Kilduff has stepped down as Chairman of the
Board and has been replaced by Luke Johnson. Tony Kilduff will remain on the
Board in a non-executive capacity.
