R&Q Insurance Holdings Ltd (AIM: RQIH) ("R&Q" or the
"Group"), the leading non-life global specialty insurance company
focusing on the Program Management ("Accredited") and Legacy
Insurance ("R&Q Legacy") businesses, announces that on 23
October 2023, Andrew Pinkes, a PDMR, to fund tax liabilities
arising from the vesting of his share award, sold 218,220 Ordinary
Shares, which in accordance with his share award agreement, have
been purchased by the Company to be held in Treasury.

Ordinary Shares are now held in Treasury. Therefore, the total

Shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they
will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or
a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's
Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
