Resignation of Chief Executive Officer of the Investment Manager and Director of the Company
 
 
The Board announces that Ms. Susan Sim has tendered her resignation as Chief Executive Officer (*CEO*) of the Investment Manager to pursue
other interests, effective June 16th, 2008. Concurrently with her resignation as CEO of the Investment Manager, Ms Sim has also resigned as
a Non-Independent Director of the Company.
 
The Board wishes to thank Ms Sim for her valuable contribution to the Company pre and post Admission to AIM and wishes her much success in
her future undertakings.
 
 
Announcement on Appointment of Chief Executive Officer of the Investment Manager
 
The Board further is pleased to announce that its Investment Manager, SGL Capital Investment Management Limited (*the Manager*), has
appointed Gabrielle Tang Lee Woon as its CEO with immediate effect.
 
 
Ms. Tang*s Biography
                           
 
Ms Tang has over 20 years of experience in the construction and property development industry in Singapore and the Asean region including
Indonesia, Vietnam and Malaysia, and the Middle East. Prior to joining the Manager, she held directorship and senior management positions
with several subsidiary companies of the United Engineers Limited, a main board listed company in the business of construction and
engineering, property development and facilities management.
 
Over the last 6 years, Ms Tang has led the development, management and construction of a number of large projects in the Asean region. These
include a mixed development grossing 240,000 metres of retail and residential space in Surabaya, Indonesia, a 28 storey luxury waterfront
residential apartment in Penang, Malaysia and a 150 villa 5 star resort hotel in Bali, Indonesia. Ms Tang was also involved in the
development of a 21 storey, 210 units executive apartments project in District 2 and a 22 storey Class A office tower in District 3 of Ho
Chi Minh City, Vietnam. 
 
A Singaporean, Ms Tang has been a senior manager with several large corporations such as the Metro Limited and L&M International and was
instrumental in their overseas drive into the development management and construction businesses.
 
Ms Tang has a Masters Degree in Building Construction from Heriot Watt University in the United Kingdom.
