Superscape Group plc ("the Company") that at the close of business on 31st July
2007 they had an interest in 14,640,218 ordinary shares of 10p ("Ordinary
shares") in the Company, representing 8.04% of the issued share capital of the
Company.  Barclays plc has informed the Company that they hold the shares on
behalf of Barclays Capital Securities Ltd, Barclays Stockbrokers Ltd and Gerrard
Ltd.
