                            Appointment of Director

SiRViS IT plc (the "Company" or "SiRViS IT"), which provides a range of IT
services including support, consultancy and systems installation across the UK,
is pleased to announce that following the acquisition by Oryx International
Growth Fund Limited of a 26% interest in the share capital of SiRViS IT, the
Board has invited Christopher Mills to join the Board as a Non-executive
Director with effect from 13 March 2007.



Christopher Mills, aged 54, has, since 1993, been a director of J O Hambro
Capital Management Group Limited. He is also chief executive and investment
manager of North Atlantic Smaller Companies Investment Trust Plc ("NASCIT"), a
director and investment manager of Oryx International Growth Fund Limited ("Oryx
") and is a member and chief investment officer of North Atlantic Value LLP, the
investment managers of NASCIT and Oryx. Before joining the J O Hambro Capital
Management group, he worked from 1975 to 1993 for Samuel Montagu Limited,
Montagu Investment Management Limited, and its successor company, Invesco MIM.



Commenting on the appointment of Christopher Mills, Peter Addison, SiRViS IT's
Chairman said: "I am particularly pleased that Christopher Mills has agreed to
join the board of the Company. He has much experience in developing small
companies such as SiRViS and will assist the Board as we look to create
shareholder value through both organic growth and complementary acquisitions."

Administrators were appointed to PNC Telecom PLC on 23 June 2003 and the
administration order was discharged (and PNC Telecom PLC resumed business) on 15
January 2004. Christopher Mills was a director of PNC Telecom PLC until his
resignation on 3 February 2003.



There are no further details to be disclosed under Rule 17 Schedule Two
paragraph (g) of the AIM Rules in relation to Christopher Mills.



Christopher Mills does not currently hold any shares in SiRViS IT. Oryx
International Growth Fund Limited, of which he is a director, holds 30,000,000
Ordinary shares (26.3%) in SiRViS IT.
