In accordance with the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules, as at 30 June 2022, the total number of Ordinary shares of 25p of the Company in issue is 31,413,663, of which 6,188,331 Ordinary shares are held in Treasury. Therefore, the total number of shares with voting rights in the Company is 25,225,332.
