CEO SUCCESSION UPDATE

St. James's Place plc announces that, further to an announcement made on 13 September 2023, Mark FitzPatrick has received the requisite regulatory approvals and assumed the role of Chief Executive Officer on 1 December 2023. Andrew Croft stepped down as Chief Executive and as a Director of the Company at the close of business on 30 November 2023.
