Team17, a global games label, creative partner, developer and publisher of independent ("indie") premium video games, educational entertainment apps for children and working simulation games, announces that it has received notification from Peter Whiting, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, that on 20 September 2023 he purchased 20,900 ordinary shares of GBP0.01 each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 308.9 pence per Ordinary Share
