Director Change

It was decided that the appointee of the Company's Investment Manager, Triple Point Investment Management LLP, (TPIMLLP) on the Company's board, Chris Tottle, should be replaced by a director who is independent of TPIMLLP. The Board therefore announces the resignation with effect on 27 April 2011 of Chris Tottle as a director of the Company and the appointment of Professor Elroy Dimson to the Board.

Following this change the Company's Board will comprise Charles Metcalfe, Simon Acland and Elroy Dimson.
