Offer for Subscription - over-allotment facility

The Board of Triple Point VCT 2011 plc confirms that they have resolved to utilise GBP5m of the over-allotment facility of GBP20m in relation to the Company's offer for subscription (the "Offer"). This increases the amount that can be raised under the Offer to GBP15m.
