The Directors of Triple Point VCT plc ("The Company") announces that on 29 June
2006 the Company cancelled 60,638 'C' shares of 5p each in the capital of the
Company as a result of the non payment of subscription monies payable in respect
thereof.

Following the allotment the capital of the Company now comprises 3,324,964
Ordinary Shares of 1p each and 28,501,786 'C' shares of 5p each.
