The Company was notified on 30 December 2007 that, following the purchase on 27
December 2007 of 85,404 ordinary shares of NIS 0.01 fully paid with voting
rights ("Ordinary Shares") at a weighted average price of NIS 370.0 per share,
Ofer Albeck, the Company's Chief Executive Officer and the holder of control in
the Company, now has an interest in 6,951,462 Ordinary Shares, which represents
44.13% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company of 15,753,673
Ordinary Shares.



The total issued share capital of the Company is 16,183,324 Ordinary Shares,
including 429,651 Ordinary Shares that are held in treasury.
