NuZee, Inc. (the “Company”) is in the process of preparing and reviewing the financial statements and other information to be included in its Annual Report on Form 10-K for the year ended September 30, 2023 (the “Annual Report”), and does not expect the Annual Report will be finalized for filing by the prescribed due date without unreasonable effort or expense.

 

The Company currently expects to file the Annual Report within the fifteen (15) calendar day extension provided by Rule 12b-25.
