The Blavatnik Family Foundation is exclusively self-funded by American-British industrialist and philanthropist Len Blavatnik, a majority owner and the founder and chairman of Access Industries, a privately held industrial group based in the United States.

Warner Music Group, its directors and management, and the Blavatnik Family Foundation announced today a $100 million fund to support charitable causes related to the music industry, social justice and campaigns against violence and racism.
An advisory panel made up of appointees from Warner Music Group and the Blavatnik Family Foundation will establish procedures to identify and support those in the music community, and organizations strengthening education, and promoting equality, opportunity, diversity and inclusion. The advisory panel will determine the amount of the financial gifts and timing.

Should have shopped the company for higher PPS potential. Hell I'll take the $8.25 a share for my $5.31's. Thats a sweet 55% + ROI but if this starts dropping (sells increase) I'm out. Already have itchy trigger finger, might just take that 50% ROI and bail on this mess before the chit does hit the fan. Want no part of some dragged out class action lawsuit that gives a chunk to the law firm thats currently busting WMG chops.

After all this hype regarding multiple offers/buyers the board was consideringabout 2 weeks ago....dead silence, was it all just a P&D?
