FutureFuel Corp. (NYSE: FF) (“FutureFuel” or the “Company”), a manufacturer of custom and performance chemicals and biofuels, issued the following statement.

The FutureFuel Board of Directors wishes to express its sincere thanks and appreciation for the significant contributions made by Tom McKinlay to FutureFuel as its Chief Executive Officer beginning in 2022 and previously as its Chief Operating Officer beginning in 2017. Mr. McKinlay’s leadership, knowledge and expertise were instrumental in the Company’s success, and his passion and commitment to the Company and its employees, customers and community were evident throughout his service to FutureFuel. The Board of Directors and the Company wish Mr. McKinlay well in his previously announced retirement.
