Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.
On April 10, 2023, Vornado Realty Trust (the "Company"), the general partner of Vornado Realty L.P., issued a press release announcing that the Company released its 2022 Environmental, Social and Governance (“ESG”) report. The ESG report was posted on the Company’s website on April 7, 2023.
The press release and the ESG report are attached as Exhibit 99.1 and 99.2, respectively, to this Current Report on Form 8-K and are incorporated herein by reference solely for purposes of this Item 7.01 disclosure.
